Love Letter to Penticton, Letter to Editor, Penticton Herald - My wife and I are presently visiting friends in Penticton. We arrived in Penticton needing a small repair to our rear bumper. After discussion with our insurance agent through BCAA, we were given the name of Penticton Collision Centre. Our insurance agent who was in a call centre in Ontario phoned the repair shop for us to say we were coming. We arrived to find the nicest people we could hope to meet. Within minutes of explaining our predicament they had taken the vehicle in out of the rain and made the necessary repair. The service was outstanding but above all, the manner in which all three of them (family members I believe) conducted their business was something all business should use as a yardstick. We congratulate them. Great ambassadors for your city.
